Discussion Session on the Earth2NxGV Talent Development Program with MARii

UTHM Education & Training Sdn. Bhd. (UETSB) held a discussion session with UTHM’s academic and training team to support the proposed Earth2NxGV Talent Development Program led by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii).

The meeting focused on developing the programme’s course outline and project management framework. These efforts will help ensure effective implementation and alignment with current industry needs.

In addition, participants discussed the training facilities required to support the programme. The team also reviewed technical equipment requirements and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. These resources are essential for delivering practical and industry-relevant training.

Furthermore, the discussion explored strategies to strengthen talent development in automotive technology, robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and future mobility solutions. As a result, the programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed for the rapidly evolving mobility industry.
