UTHM Education & Training participated in a strategic collaboration meeting with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and Majestic Johor Tourism Sdn. Bhd. The meeting focused on developing an EduTourism initiative in conjunction with Visit Johor Year 2026.

Driving EduTourism Development

UTHM invited UET to support this initiative. As the private wing of UTHM, UET will play a key role in programme management and financial coordination. Moreover, the discussion aligned academic expertise with tourism strategies. This approach aims to create knowledge-driven tourism experiences.

During the session, the participants explored several key areas, including:

• Operational and implementation frameworks
• Strategic collaboration models
• Integration of education, innovation, and tourism

These efforts aim to strengthen the overall impact of the initiative.
