The discussion focused on several important areas, including expertise alignment, content development and implementation planning. These areas are essential to ensure that the RFQ document is complete, relevant and aligned with the requested requirements.

Furthermore, both parties discussed how technical expertise from FTK UTHM could support the development of the proposed content. This collaboration helps strengthen the quality of the document while ensuring that the planned implementation is practical and industry-relevant.

The session also provided an opportunity to coordinate responsibilities between UET and FTK. As a result, both teams gained a clearer understanding of the next steps required for document preparation and submission.

Supporting BEV and Automotive Talent Development

The discussion also highlighted the importance of talent development in the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and automotive sectors. Well-planned training and technical initiatives can help strengthen workforce capabilities while supporting future industry needs.

Moreover, collaboration between UET and FTK UTHM allows both parties to combine training management experience with technical expertise. This approach can support the development of stronger programmes and industry-focused learning materials.

The MARii RFQ Preparation UTHM initiative reflects UET’s commitment to supporting strategic projects that contribute to automotive and EV talent development.
