The UETSB Management Meeting 2026 No. 6 was held on 7 July 2026 to review ongoing initiatives and discuss the organisation’s strategic priorities. The meeting also provided an opportunity for the management team to align current activities with UETSB’s goals for 2026.

During the session, the team reviewed several important matters related to business development, training programmes and organisational performance. In addition, members shared updates and discussed actions required for upcoming initiatives.

UETSB Management Meeting 2026 Agenda

The meeting covered several key agenda items, including:

  • UET Business Plan Presentation
  • EIC Action Plan Presentation
  • Part-Time Programme Proposal Presentation
  • National Training Week (NTW) Course Proposals
  • Weight Loss Challenge Winners Announcement

Each agenda item provided the management team with an opportunity to review progress and identify the next steps. Moreover, the discussions helped ensure that departments remain aligned with the organisation’s priorities.

Strengthening Training and Business Development

The management team also exchanged ideas on ways to strengthen training excellence and expand professional development programmes. These discussions focused on creating relevant programmes that respond to the needs of industries, professionals and communities.

Furthermore, the UET Business Plan and EIC Action Plan presentations provided updates on current development strategies. The team also reviewed the proposed Part-Time Programme and potential courses for National Training Week.

Through strategic planning and collaboration, UETSB aims to improve programme delivery and organisational performance. At the same time, the organisation continues to explore opportunities that support sustainable growth and lifelong learning.

Recognising Team Achievement

The meeting also included the announcement of the UETSB Weight Loss Challenge winners. Congratulations to Ms. Norsarah Temiri on her achievement and commitment towards maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

This initiative encouraged staff members to focus on personal well-being while building a positive workplace culture. In addition, activities such as this can help strengthen motivation and engagement among team members.
