The UET Spark Series continues to empower professionals with essential workplace skills through its latest webinar, “Level Up Your Work Talk Using NLP,” held on 20 April 2026. The team successfully conducted this session to focus on improving workplace communication using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
In today’s professional environment, effective communication plays a critical role. Therefore, this webinar introduced practical NLP techniques to help participants improve clarity, confidence, and influence. In addition, the speakers shared real-world examples to help attendees understand different communication styles. As a result, participants learned how to adapt their approach and connect more effectively with colleagues and clients.
Moreover, the session featured insightful sharing from distinguished speakers, Prof. Ts. Dr. Angzzas Mohd Kassim (Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia) and Dr. Amir Aris (Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, HRD Corp Accredited Trainer). They provided valuable perspectives on applying NLP in workplace situations. For example, they explained how to manage conversations and deliver messages with greater confidence and professionalism.
Meanwhile, the moderator guided the session smoothly and kept the discussion engaging throughout. Because of this, participants remained actively involved from start to finish.
