The Halal Awareness Course took place in Yong Peng, Johor on 22 April 2026 and attracted strong participation from food industry players, entrepreneurs, and professionals. UTHM Education & Training Sdn. Bhd. and Institut Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah (ISWAJ) jointly organized the program to strengthen halal knowledge and improve compliance practices across Malaysia’s food industry. The initiative focuses on practical implementation of Halalan Toyyiban principles, which remain essential for businesses that want to build trust, maintain quality, and meet regulatory expectations in a competitive market.

During the session, participants actively joined discussions, shared real industry challenges, and explored practical solutions for halal compliance.
